Single cask whisky, with separate bottlings of undiluted whisky from each individual cask distilled and matured at the Yoichi distillery in Hokkaido, allows the drinker to enjoy the unique character of each different cask. "Powerful and distinctive" Yoichi malt, born out of the harsh natural environment of northern Japan, has received high praise from renowned British whisky critics Michael Jackson. As the volume of production is limited, these products are for sale in Japan only.
